   Traders Push Livestock Contracts Higher through Monday's End

   Thanks to the added support of last week's powerful cash cattle trade, the
cattle contracts were able to close fully higher again Monday afternoon.

GENERAL COMMENTS:

   The livestock complex successfully closed mostly higher Monday afternoon as
traders remain eager to support the contracts. New showlists appear to be
mixed, higher in Kansas, but lower in Texas and Nebraska/Colorado. May corn is
down 3 1/4 cents per bushel and May soybean meal is down $3.00.
